Michel Piare Sushi Chef and Proprietor hand selects all the fresh fish and ingredients for Michie Sushi. Together with Partner Anna van Exel and tasters Rosalie & Sara Piare, they make a great team. Michel and Anna have helped opened world class restaurants in the Uk, Holland and Belgium before venturing on their own to open Michie Sushi. Michael (twin brother to Michel)has joined the team and is based in Dun Laoghaire.
