Roche Bobois recently partnered with New York’s Parsons School of Design
@parsonsthenewschool to celebrate the 5th edition of Roche Bobois Design Award competition.
On display was an exhibit featuring the 16 student projects created for the design awards, driven under the theme “Seating for Eating”.
The winners are:
The “Cairn” stone chair designed by Weiran Chen and George Plionis.
The “Plus One” extendable chair designed by Lorraine Chen and Po Yuan Wang.
The “Asy” yellow asymmetrical chair designed by Liujingzi Jiang and Lee Chi-Hao.

VEGAN KALE & MINESTRONE SOUP
As they say, there’s eatin and drinkin in it and that certainly the case with this vegan Kale & Quinoa Minestrone Soup, although this is more like a stew of nourishing comfort food in a bowl. Kids who don’t like veg will love it too and although left chunky, they’re not quite ‘hidden’, they still love the flavour and texture so it’s a fantastically economical, easy and family friendly meal that all will enjoy and of course perfect for after an é ending workout as it will flood the system with a myriad of macros. I would recommend to prep all your veg, which takes minutes this evening and bung it all in the slow cooker in the morning MD let it do its thing on low for 6 hours of whip up a batch and serve it straight from the pot. This batch will serve 5 heartily.
